When I'm logged into my DocuSign account, the envelope ID shows coming from my address; however, when the email is delivered, it shows dse@docusign.net. This is confusing to recipients. Can I change this?

However, you can customize the "from" email address to better align with your organization's branding and reduce confusion for your recipients.
