Hi- I want to select all signers - and have all of them placed on the page at same time - instead of selecting each signer individually.
For instance - I want all signers to initial each page. Instead of doing each signer individually - I want to select all signers - and then just place the initial box one time (for all three separate signers).
Is that possible?
No, every field belongs to one recipient. Therefore, you have to add 3 initial boxes for all 3 recipients.
Once you added them to one page correctly, you could simply select all 3 of them and then copy and paste the 3 initial fields to every additional page that you want the initials to appear. Using the keyboard shortcuts will allow you do to this in a few seconds per page.
To automate this even further you could use the AutoPlace functionality, if there is a suitable string on every page of the document, which depends on your document layout.
