Thank you for sharing the URL guide. However, I followed the instructions, but when I selected 'Schedule,' I didn't see the screen where I need to enter my DS credentials.

The prompt generally appears when logging into Windows with a username and password. If it doesn’t show up, the system is likely using an alternative sign-in method. In these cases, I recommend checking the Windows Task Scheduler to verify whether an export task has been created.

If the prompt still doesn’t appear after confirming the login method and checking Task Scheduler for an export task, I would suggest opening a support ticket to investigate further. 👉 Open a case in the Docusign Support Center
