I am trying to access a document I signed May  3 this year 2024.  I have the original email inviting me to sign. I click this link and get the expired link page.  I have made multiple requests for a new link, but nothing arrives. I have checked spam.   I didn’t have an account at the time of signing but have created one in case I could access the document that way but there is nothing available.  

I also tried the access document link on the docusign.com homepage with the security code in the email but end up in the same expired link no new link provided by the request loop.

Been at least three hours since first requesting a new link.

Is this normal?

I tried an email link to a different document from a different company. Clicked got a replacement link within 5 minutes so its specific to the document. And nothing to do with email delivery or spam.
