Is it possible to send out a reminder to sign to those who have not yet signed the document? For example if you have sent a document with 20 recipients and 15 of them have signed the document- is it possible to send a reminder to the remaining 5 who are yet to sign?

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.

These settings are the default behavior for all envelopes sent from your account. As an administrator, you can choose to enforce these settings for all envelopes or allow users to modify the values for each envelope they send. Please view Reminders and Expirations - Account Defaults

Users can always use the resend envelope feature to send a manual reminder to recipients whose turn it is to sign.

This will send reminders to the remaining recipients.

You can create a case at https://support.docusign.com/en/contactSupport and a Support agent will contact you, If you are not able to open the case on the same page, you should scroll down to More Support Options and select "I can't reset my password or don't have an account." you will have the option of filling out the form or calling Support.
