Recipients of my envelopes say that they can only view the document one time - even though they are set up as signers. They view and then log in later - and it is not available to view. Any guidance?

Additionally, can you provide more details about this issue? When you say, “They view and then log in later—and it is not available to view,” do you mean that the envelope went missing after they viewed it?
