Hi all, good to connect. One of my recipients says the link is not working and hasn’t signed any of the documents I’ve sent. The order is start - three recipients to sign in any order - complete.
Am I doing something wrong?

You can recommend your recipient to follow this process:
Copy the multi-character security code at the bottom of the email under the Alternative Signing Method.
Go to www.docusign.com, and select Access Documents.
Paste the Security Code from the Docusign Completed email, and select GO.
