Paid Account Shows Suspended for Expiration of Free Trial

  1. My free trial expired.
  2. I purchased a monthly subscription. 
  3. When I logged in after that purchase and attempted to send my document, when I hit send, I received an “account suspended free trial expired” notice. 
  4. I have paid for my account. I have the receipt.

This is extremely frustrating as I just made the decision to purchase a paid account. 

There is no phone number or email address to get help.
