Yesterday I created a new account for myself. My name is Verónica Arias, my phone number is +56 9 9070 XXXX, and my email is **.**********@*****.*** But when I log in for the first time, my account is associated with another user, "José Luis Alfonso." I need a separate account; I have no relationship with the other user. I need a new account.

Since your email is already associated with an existing account, you might not be able to use it to create another account.
You may need to use another email to set up a new account. Free Docusign Account: Sign Documents for Free
