I have DocuSign Pay-As-You-Go account. I am developing an application. From within that application, using APIs, I want to be able to send DocuSign envelopes to my clients and get e-Signatures. I have 100's of clients and we expect to have several envelopes to be sent every year, per client.  Do I have to be a DocuSign partner for this?  It appears that I cannot use our PayAsYouGo Account (see screenshot below).  When I look at IAM Standard plan, it doesnt tell me if I can do unlimited e-sign envelopes to my clients…. but it says unlimited webapp sends.  Not sure if API call and web app sends are same.   DocuSign integration that I own into an app I am building must be much simpler than this!!

Actually, WebApp and API calls are different things. WebApp refers to when you’re using the Docusign IAM platform through a browser (not integrated using API calls).

Our IAM platform can support API calls, but it will depend on the account plan you have purchased. I highly recommend that you submit a case with our customer support, so they'll be able to explain to you all the details and limitations about your current plan, to make a safe decision if an upgrade is necessary or not.

Based only on the image you are sharing, I would say that this current plan does not support the API calls required for this type of integration, but really only the customer support team can confirm this.
