I need support.  I have tried to request support through the proper channel and continue to get error messages. No customer service phone number available.  Need assistance, please.

Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the Docusign Community! We understand that you are experiencing difficulties submitting a support case. We apologize for any inconvenience. Rest assured that I will do my best to assist you.

The workaround is to submit a case without logging into your account by using the “I can’t access my account” option at the bottom of the page and providing complete details of the issue in the Case description.

If you are still getting an error, kindly provide a screenshot or details of the error message.
