I need to send a document by SMS and I purchased this Add On.  It isn’t showing up in my settings.  I can’t get any help from customer service because I am using the free 30 trial. There is nothing in FAQ about this issue other than call Customer Service, which, you know.

I was actually able to get help through the chat feature. I got transferred a time or two but everything got straightened out. I appreciate you answering me, however.
