Can you elaborate?  Are these home sellers and home buyers?

​@Hardsteam I would like to hear more specifics of your case to see if there are other suggestions or actions we can take.  But the first thing that comes to mind, you can always decline to sign any envelope you are sent.  That action is found in the dropdown at top right of the review panel.  I hope that is helpful.
