Looking for documents I signed in the past using this email,  but they aren't showing up.   I can't open a support case because I don't have a paying account.   I have solar panels and Meraki has abandoned helping us when it was in our contract so now I need it for legal reasons. 

I logged in but documents in looking for aren't showing up.   I have the email from Meraki Solar from 2020 and it had a security code of 

3F4291B6BB1A420983A15DD678FC0FA82 that it listed in original email to use when signing.

We apologize for the issue of locating previously signed documents within your DocuSign account, and we know you need the documents for legal purposes and recognize the urgency of your situation. 
To help you find your documents more than 6 months old, have you tried using the filter options within your DocuSign account? Specifically, please try the following: Navigate to your Inbox, then select the "Date" filter. From there, choose "All time" or use the "Custom" date range option to specify the period you're looking for. Finally, click "Apply."
