I received a link to sign a document. I attempted to open it as soon as it was received and it says link has expired. The sender has resent the link to me at least 4 times and each time it says it is expired. I created an account hoping the link would come to my account and nothing. I also opened a private window and it is still saying expired. I am not sure what needs to be done.
If you have created an account with an email address matching the one they sent to, then you can look under Agreements and find your inbox there. It should be there ready for you to sign.
Hello
Thank you for reaching out to the Docusign Community! I am sorry about the issue with signing the document, and would you still need help? If you are still encountering the issue, I suggest deleting the old emails to avoid interacting with an old expired link and having your sender resend the envelope to you to receive a fresh new link. The sender can also add a security authentication, such as an access code, to stop the email link from expiring. Moving forward, you should receive envelopes in your Docusign Inbox (sent to you after the account was created).
