I recently sent out an envelope for 7 people to sign. 6 people signed just fine, and I’d like to keep their signatures. I just found out that 1 person is “technologically challenged” and would like the document mailed to him to sign. How do I keep the 6 signatures I have and remove the “in process” watermark from the document?

I understand the envelope stills in Waiting for Other status, right? That missing one.
On this case, you can Correct the envelope, remove that recipient whom is not going to sign, save the envelope and finish the correction. Since he/she was the last one, the envelope will change for Complete and all recipients who signed the document will receive an email informing about the completions of the signing process as well access to the documents.
Another approach could be, you correct the envelope change that recipient to the Action: Sign in Person, when you use this action you can nominate a Host who will receive the email, will open it and in the moment of the signature, the real signer must be in presence together the host. The signer will sign the document in the host computer/tablet providing his full name and signature. So the signature and name showing up in the document will be from the signer, not the host.

+7You will want to click the Correct button and delete that recipient. If there are no more recipients the envelope will flip to a Completed status.
