Issue with pdf displaying correctly in Docusign envelope

Hello, 

I’ve noticed when adding pdf files to a Docusign envelope that more and more, these files do not display correctly in the Docusign envelope.  It’s not caused by a large file size.  The display issue has happened to a one page pdf file that only had text.  The test displays like wingdings or unicode font.  Is there a recommended pdf file format to use in Docusign? Perhaps a certain version to use?

This may be due to font in the original document not being supported.

You can try flattening the document (‘Print to PDF’). This was discussed in another thread:
