I understand IRP and Indian passport were not accepted when you verified your identity before signing the envelope, as the sender requires. We are sorry for the frustration and the hassle. Please see the list of supported documents IDnow - Simple & Safe Online Identification. Indian documents, unfortunately, do not have the required security features; therefore, they cannot be used for IDnow or IDV QES. The best course of action would be to contact your sender to explore another form of verification.
