Issue Verifying ID Documents via IDnow Iden

I’m experiencing an issue with IDnow Ident’s document verification. I’m originally from India, currently working in Ireland on Stamp 4 (IRP), and I hold an Indian passport.

During my verification call, IDnow requested an Irish ID card and declined both my IRP and Indian passport. Could you please advise how I can complete my identity verification and proceed with the signature?

I understand IRP and Indian passport were not accepted when you verified your identity before signing the envelope, as the sender requires. We are sorry for the frustration and the hassle. Please see the list of supported documents IDnow - Simple & Safe Online Identification. Indian documents, unfortunately, do not have the required security features; therefore, they cannot be used for IDnow or IDV QES. The best course of action would be to contact your sender to explore another form of verification.
