Is there any way to supress the idle notification for the print driver

On startup of the print driver, once it is idle you get a popup notification at the bottom right corner of the screen that says that the driver is idle. This is unnecessary and I don’t see a way to turn it off.

This is the one I am referring to:

I can of course silence the notification through the Windows notification center, but that will suppress all notifications. I’m just wanting to turn off this one particular message.

Hello @david.johnson235,

Thank you for sharing the screenshot. This looks like a Window notification related to print driver. Unfortunately, there isn’t an option within Docusign to disable this notification. You might try clicking the three dots on the notification itself to see if there’s a way to turn it off or snooze it directly from Windows.

Additionally, you may also find this post helpful for instruction on how to disable notifications for specific apps -- https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/4047625/can-i-turn-of-notifications-for-a-specific-app-ins
