Is there a way to create transferable templates?

​Is there a way to create templates for forms that have a lot of text spaces and check boxes, etc. so that we can transfer the marked areas that require data to be entered onto the forms we are sending to our clients?We cannot use the template itself to send since each file we send has a specific escrow number.Thank you.
