Hi - we quite often have clients come into the office reception to use our staff as a witness.

If it is not possible to wtiness and host, a follow-up question - can signers see the personal details of the witness.

If a staff member were to use their personal mobile to receive a OTP as witness, would the signer then have acces to that phone number?

I reproduced the issue regarding your concern, and it shows that the signer will be able to see witness details, including the witness's phone number, in the Certificate of Completion copy.
