I want to place a Powerform code into my website. When I go to my template I do not see the choice of Powerform in the drop-down menu under "more".

This could be one of two issues:
1) You do not have the proper Permission Set to create a Powerform. If you are a DocuSign Admin and you do not see the Powerfrom option then the issue is likely #2. If you are a typical DocuSign User, then you need the appropriate Permission / Permission Set to create a Powerform, talk to your DocuSign Admin.
2) You do not have the Powerform feature enabled for your DocuSign Account. You would need to contact DocuSign Support or you account manager regarding the feature.
