I signed a membership form, and it then went to my wife for signature. When my wife was reviewing, she realized that I made a mistake in the form. Is there anyway, she can return it to me and I can fix the error and resend to her?

You can't change the answers once you click FINISH. Also only the person who sent the document to you can make any changes. You can reply to the email requesting your signature, tell them you made a mistake, and ask them to VOID the document and send a new one.
