The recipient received the e-mail but I input the phone number for the SMS code incorrectly, so he did not receive the code and therefore cannot sign. One other signer has already signed so I do not want to make her sign again. I tried to go in an edit the phone number but it does not allow me to do so.

I reproduced this scenario and you should be able to change the second recipient's phone number using the envelope "Correct" function. Find your sent envelope in your "Manage" tab and from there, click the drop-down to the right of the envelope and click "Correct" from the options. The envelope will open back up, and will allow you to click on the incorrect phone number and give you the opportunity to change it. In my test. the first signer does not have to sign again, etc.
