I can't access the support chat. There is no link behind the button on the support page

Hello, the ‘chat with us’ link doesnt seem to be working, I have tried to follow the guidance provided but still no luck.

Can you please try to visit the website https://www.docusign.com/ instead and click on the chat head on the lower right to see if it works?
