I am unable to view past completed documents,  When I try to set the filter to “All Time” either nothing happens or it defaults back to “6 Months”  How do I view completed documents from All Time? I don’t have the verification email as I understood that Docusign stores all documents indefinitely.  From other posts this is a frequent and repetitive problem  Makes me want another solution than Docusign.

Can you please try these troubleshooting steps?

1. Clear cache/cookies.

2. Try a different browser(s), like Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge

3. Use Incognito.

4. Try a different device

If the completed document still does not show up after setting the filter to “All time,” we recommend that you submit a support case so that our support team can investigate further.
