How to show a time stamp with the Date Signed?

Question

I send docs from a form that requires multiple signatures and has fields defined for 'Signature" and "Date signed" for each signer, but when completed, the "Date Signed" field only shows a date and no time stamp. How do I have the form show the time stamp in addition? There does not appear to be a field available for "Time Signed" or "Date and Time Signed" and there are no attributes on the "Date Signed" field that would appear to modify that appearance, as I would expect;
