I wanna know if I wanna send the final copy of the signed document to 2 people outside of the signing process, can I use the standard version to achieve this? or can I just use the add more recipients function? Or is that only possible for the initiator. Thanks!

Could you confirm whether Carbon Copy can satisfy you requirement? It is availble in standard version. Advanced Workflows is only available in Enterprise version.
Advanced Workflows: Conditional Routing, Delayed Routing, Document Visibility, Emailing Archiving
(BCC), Manager Recipients (Specify, Update, Allow to Edit), Signing Groups, Supplemental
