How to send completed documents to 3rd party email?

Hi!

We want to use a PowerForm for our new joiners, once they have completed it I would like it to be sent to our HR team (who don't have a docusign account). Is there any way I can set up a rule to automatically forward the completed document to them?

I would recommend using a hidden Carbon Copy to the HR Team. Based on where the CC is in the workflow, typically placed at the end, they would receive a copy of the completed document at the end of the signing process. I would recommend they setup a User within your DocuSign account with the HR team's email address so they can always track activity (but it's not required to be a Recipient).
