I was presented with a copy of an agreement that alleges I signed via Docusign but the envelope ID does not show up in any folder in my portal that I use. I have searched by date and envelope ID and nothing appears. How do I get the certificate of completion to see where the document was sent and what email signed off using my name?

Once an envelope is completed you should be receiving an email with the certificate of completion, envelope you signed might still be in progress.

What if it was done via workday?

I understand that you’d like to know how to locate the envelope ID in Workday.
Based on my research, you can view a DocuSign envelope within Workday by navigating to the “DocuSign Status” tab. From there, you can find and select the relevant envelope to open its details page, the envelope ID should appear in the top left corner of the document.
If you’re still experiencing issues, I recommend reaching out to your Workday administrator or HR team, as they can review the integration logs to verify the envelope’s status or refresh the data if needed.
