Hi Team

Is there a way to extend the Expiry of the Docusign sign link send to user? Currently it expired after ~24 hours and they have to request for resend new link.

No, unless recipient authentication is configured for the envelope, the link will expire after 5 clicks or 48 hours. The time cannot be configured or extended.

If the recipient has a Docusign account, they can sign into the account to access the envelopes without accessing them through the personal link in the email.

I had one more question, do we have this setting specific to template or it would impact all the templates we have across organization?

The expiration setting applies to everyone that uses Docusign eSignature. You could configure recipient authentication on a template level.

Sure, it was linked in the article above and can be accessed via this link.

Working with a template will allow you to configure it only once and not every time you create an envelope.
