I have an account and my current work email is going to be changing. I need to migrate to a new email, but it is not working

When you need to change your email address associated with your Docusign account, you can do so by accessing your user profile. If you still have access to your Docusign account, you can change your email address directly. However, if you no longer have access to your account, you will need to reset your password and regain access before changing your email address. Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific Docusign plans. Your account plan might not support some options discussed in this help topic. Contact your account administrator for more information about which options are available for your account.
