How to add TechSoup discount to existing eSignatureStandard docusign account?

Thank you for your response. 
I was advised by DocuSign to:
> Cancel DocuSign subscription after downloading all agreements.
> Close DocuSign account
> Open DocuSign account using TechSoup discount

The TechSoup discount cannot be applied to an existing Docusign account unless you have also availed of the original account via a TechSoup discount.
Can you please provide your Docusign account number for us to double-check?

Thank you for the update. 

Yes, these are the correct steps to take advantage of TechSoup’s discount. You would need to create a new account.

I would suggest to download all completed envelopes and templates from your existing account first before closing as you will no longer have access to it once an account has been closed.
