How to add a cell phone number to my account

How do I add my cell phone to my profile? When I try to add it, I just get an endless wait circle and the code is never transmitted. I tried voice and text, neither will get transmitted by docusign.

Perhaps, you faced a temporary issue with the feature because it works fine.

Try to use another browser or open an incognito window then try again.

Thank you for trying Augosto. Nothing worked, I think my Mac OS is too old to play well with Docusign.
