I understand that accessing and downloading the Environmental Savings report is essential to you. Here to help!

On the main Reports page, you'll find two dashboards. The first is for all users to view their own sent envelope data, and the second is for users with administration permissions to view all account envelope data. These dashboards provide an overview of envelope activity and environmental savings.

Unfortunately, at this time, the Environmental Savings report is only for viewing and not something that can be downloaded/exported. We understand that this might be a limitation for your needs, and we encourage you to consider submitting this as a suggestion for consideration by our development team for potential implementation. You can share this on our Ideas board: Submit a feature request. That’s where ideas from Docusign users like you can submit ideas to improve Docusign’s features, and where you can also vote on ideas from other members.
