Hi All

Does anyone know how to make Tahoma my default character in Docusign

Hello @Andy C,
Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the Docusign Community! We appreciate your question and assure you that we are fully committed to providing you with the best service possible.

To set a default font for your account:

  1. Log into Docusign as an Administrator and select the Admin tab from the top banner.
  2. Select Sending Settings under Signing and Sending.
  3. Under Fields and Properties, there will be an Edit option for the Default font for fields. The default font is Lucida Console, Size 9, Black, and can be set back to this default anytime.

  4. Once you select your preferred font, select OK.

Custom font through Custom Fields

When a field is added to a document, you can also choose to set various properties, including the font, size, or color for a text field. Once the properties are selected, you can choose Save as Custom Field. This will save the Custom Field so that it may be used multiple times without having to define the field properties each time for a new envelope or template. The Custom Field font properties can be different than the set account-wide properties.

Please don't hesitate to let us know if you need any more help. Thank you!
