How do I get support quickly? is there any way to speak to a customer support agent on the telephone?

I am not able to access my Docusign account, and am not getting a timely response from customer support. Case ID 15534001. This is affecting my business. It has been approx 18 hours so far without any resolution or direction. I am hoping that someone from Docusign sees this post and will help out!

You can reference the Docusign support plan.

and the end it told:

¹Standard support for web customers only.

if your subscribition is from Docusign website, it is standard support plan and without call support.

It is best subscribe from a Docusign Partner like us, the Default support plan is silver success support. You can also get support from partner, they can open case on behalf of you and follow the case.
