I understand that when you download the document, it automatically downloads the Certificate of Completion, and what you only need is the document without it. I can imagine how frustrating this must be, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Question: Are you the sender or a recipient? When you download the document, do you have the option to untick the COC before downloading?

I am the sender usually and when I download the signed doc I untick the “certificate of completion” option but unfortunately, I can find it in the document even though I unticked it. Maybe it was just a temporary bug.

Thanks for raising this. I've seen no bugs, nor have others reported the same issue as of this time. Are there any other users you know who are affected by this? Meanwhile, I recommend performing the following:

• Clear your Browser's cache: How do I clear the cache and cookies in my browser?
• Use a different browser or device
