How do I download a document w/o the certificate of completion?

Hi there,it seems it is no more possible to download a signed document w/o the certificate of completion. Can anyone help me here? I need the doc w/o the certificate of completion.Thanks in advance!

I can imagine how frustrating this must be, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.Question: Are you the sender or a recipient?
