I have tried to contact customer support by raising a case and requesting a call back which was promised within 3 hours. The call has not been received after nearly 5 hours.
I am keen to resolve my issue and find it incredibly frustrating that there is no telephone number for a support desk.

Starting November 2024, Docusign is fully digitizing our support process to offer customers an enhanced experience and better service routing for paid account users, so some contact options are limited/restricted.
I’m sorry you didn’t receive the callback fast. Have you been contacted by the support team? If not, I suggest trying a new callback request or increasing the priority of your call (if you have permission to do so).
