How do I contact customer support in the UK?

Question

I have tried to contact customer support by raising a case and requesting a call back which was promised within 3 hours. The call has not been received after nearly 5 hours.

I am keen to resolve my issue and find it incredibly frustrating that there is no telephone number for a support desk.

Hi ​@Nigel!Starting November 2024, Docusign is fully digitizing our support process to offer customers an enhanced experience and better service routing for paid account users, so some contact options are limited/restricted.Important Changes to Docusign SupportI’m sorry you didn’t receive the callback fast.Have you been contacted by the support team? If not, I suggest trying a new callback request or increasing the priority of your call (if you have permission to do so).
