I have a template where the signers need to select only one of two checkboxes. I saw that a "radio button" would be the correct field to add, but I am not seeing a "radio button" option in my standard fields. How can I add this?

If you're not seeing it in you list of fields types, (https://support.docusign.com/contactSupport) Contact DocuSign Support or your DocuSign rep and they can activate it for your account.
