My step father passed last year and I am trying to help my mother access a contract on this site to avoid having a lien placed on her home. I have the POA, etc., necessary to do this on her behalf.
I tried using the contact support link to speak to someone, but it is impossible.
Any help is appreciated.

You may also submit a case without logging into the account by using the “I can’t access my account” option at the bottom of the page and providing complete details of the issue in the Case description. Get Support
