I have a document that seems to have my signature on it that indicated it was signed through Docusign.  There is an Envelope ID # at the top of the page however page with Certificate is missing and cannot be obtained.  How can I verify if this document was executed by my through Docusign?

Important:

Docusign applies a "Signed by Docusign, Inc." seal to all agreements to prove that they processed the signature. External validators do not recognize the "Signed by Docusign, Inc." signature as valid. Ensure you remove it before you submit your documents to an external validator. To remove this signature, contact your account team and ask them to disable "Signed by Docusign, Inc." in your account. For more information about how the "Signed by Docusign, Inc." field displays in the PDF reader, see Viewing Certificate Info in Completed Envelopes.
