Our HR dept on many occasion has to send a document which has several signature fields in it that they need to sign. Is it possible that these fields can be auto filled by signing just once?
If yes, can this also be done with multiple documents so long as they are in the same envelope?

I believe the answer is the same - signing fields is done by click each field.
You could pre-load the signature of the sender, adding the signature (I think you can create one in Word or Adobe) instead of a field that says “sign here’. Someone would still need to add each instance of the signature...

I do not believe this is possible. Each signature field needs to be “signed” by the recipient.

Thank you for the speedy reply Mr1. In this case, it is not about the recipient, it is about the sender. As I mentioned, our HR dept sends many documents/contracts that have several signing fields in them. It is tedious that they must sign each field before sending it to the recipient. So, is it possible that the sender can sign one signing field and all others pertaining to them are thus filled out at once?
