My clients have signed and I am the only one who needs to sign but when I open the page it is blank. I can’t even see the contract I need to sign. Why is this happening and how do I fix it?

Did you access the envelope through your email, and when opening, all the content is blank?

If they were able to click on the “Finish” button, it means that the envelope was completed. Based on the URL above, the blank screen looks like it is associated with a different website.
Have you tried to access the signed envelope from your Docusign account?
