My clients are rec’ing the below errror when trying to open and sign documents. I sent myself a doc as a test adn rec’d the same thing. HELP!!!!{"error":"internal_server_error","reference_id":"496aaf1f-fa5a-4b3c-a727-38cbec660a72"}

Can you please try these troubleshooting steps?

1. Clear cache/cookies.

2. Try a different browser(s), like Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge

3. Use Incognito.

4. Try a different device

If the same error occurs, send me a private message and provide the affected envelope IDs so we can check it further.
