I canceled my account in December. We are now in April and I am still being charged -71.01 every single month. I can’t seem to talk to a real person. I tried to make a case, but my account is deactivated so, therefore, I can’t make case--yet I’m still being charged. A long google search gave me a phone number. But it was to the sales team. They didn’t transfer me or give me a way to contact anyone else. Basically just hung up. I am at a loss at what to do.
