If you received an envelope to sign and need specific envelope/document information, you will need to contact the sender of the envelope, as they are the only ones that can provide you with the information.
If you do not have the sender’s information to get in touch with, you can always reply to the email you received, DocuSign sends email notifications on behalf of its users, if you reply to the email you received about the envelope the sender should receive it.

If you believe that you need further assistance, or require the assistance of a live agent, you can always create a Support Case to have a Support agent work with you.

If you are not able to open a Customer Support case via the above link, you can scroll down to More Support Options and select "I can't reset my password or don't have an account." you will have the option of filling out the form or calling Support.
