I apologize for the inconvenience, I understand that you want to remove the signing order for the envelope that you sent.
If none of the recipients has signed the envelope you can use the "Correction" option to remove the signing order, if one or more recipients have signed the envelope when you "Correct" the envelope you will need to match the outstanding recipient's order number to be the same.
