Has anyone seen the below error when trying to send an envelope "Unable to create the envelope. Cannot read property '_showValidationError' or undefined"

Hey guys,

I had the same thing, opened it on several browsers. I realised the file was toooo big. I compressed it, it was 53.8MB and i compressed to 1.2MB.

IT WORKED!

Has anyone seen this message: "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'data')"? I have my license, but cannot enter on any browser.

Can anyone help? We are the ADMINS of our account and create all the templates for our users. Now we cannot access all our templates when clicking on USE. We are encountering error ‘Unable to create the envelope’
