Attempting to connect my esig account to Google drive.  I receive the msg:

This app is blocked

This app tried to access sensitive info in your Google Account. To keep your account safe, Google blocked this access.

Google Drive does not show up under “connected apps” yet when I go to my google account I see:

Whats going on here and how do I complete the connection to Google Drive?  thanks.

I apologize for any inconvenience this might cause you. To confirm, is this your only Docusign account? Is this a company account or a personal account? If you try the below troubleshooting:

  • Clear cache/cookies
  • Try a different browser(s)
  • Try an Incognito window
  • Try a different device
  • Try a different Internet network, such as on a mobile device using data with Wi-Fi disabled.
  • Try using a VPN, or if you are on one already, disconnect from the VPN and try again.

Do you still get the same message?
